Chief Minister V Narayanasamy led the Union Territory of Puducherry in paying tributes to former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi on the occasion of his 73rd birth anniversary today.

Namassivayam recalled the contributions of the late leader for the development of Puducherry particularly in the government take over of the AFT mill in 1986.
