Salman Khan is usually a man of very few words and rare has one seen the Bollywood superstar express his emotions for anyone publicly in the past.
But on Tuesday, the actor took to all his social media pages to post a throwback photo of his father, Salim Khan, with an incredible public proclamation of love for his ‘daddy.’ He wrote, “My daddy the hamsommest !”
No sooner had the Race 3 actor posted the throwback photo of his dad, his fans began to detect a similarity in their looks. One fan wrote, “You are just like your father.” Another fan Sheeba Chowdhury agreed, “he resembles like you.” “Aap aapke father jese dekhte ho…aanke to same he,” wrote one fan.
Salim Khan, a legendary screenplay writer, has been very protective about Salman even after the his son achieved an unparalleled success in the Hindi film industry. Salim sahab, as he is respectfully addressed by everyone in Bollywood and media, had once told Janta Ka Reporter that he still admonished Salman time to time.
Salman has also benefited a lot from his father’s sane interventions on several occasions during controversies. Just when Salman had courted controversies due to his tweets in support of Yakub Memon, Salim sahab had made an urgent intervention to have those tweets deleted.
More recently, when the actor was once again in news for his reported anger against Priyanka Chopra, his father was quick to speak to media to deny the reports of Salman vowing never to work with the desi girl.
This was after several media reports said that Salman had reportedly vowed to never work with Priyanka Chopra after she abruptly quit his next big project Bharat. father had saidClarifying the content of media reports, Salman’s legendary , “It’s okay whatever happened. Priyanka is not doing Bharat, let her be. Such things happen in our industry.”
