As date for Punjab polls draw nearer, another evidence has emerged highlighting just how lawless Punjab, governed by Akali Dal and BJP, has become.
In the latest incident of utter lawlessness, a pregnant dancer was shot dead allegedly by a son of an Akali leader. The shooter is seen snatching a rifle from a member in the crowd crowd at a wedding function and firing at the dancer on the stage after she allegedly refused to dance with him.
The deceased was reportedly two months pregnant.
The killer is still on the run. Cops have registered an FIR against four people including the killer. The victim has been identified as Kulwinder Kaur.
The video of an ‘on-camera’ murder has now gone viral on social media with people drawing parallel with the lawlessness prevalent in neighbouring Pakistan.
