Strong earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi, Lucknow and other parts of northern India on Tuesday evening. A tweet by private weather agency read, “An #earthquake was recorded in Delhi on Tuesday sometime back. Tremors were felt in Delhi-National Capital Region. #DelhiEarthquake.”
The epicentre of today’s earthquake was believed to be in Nepal with it measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale.
