More than a week after being booked by Goa police for alleged distribution of obscene content on the web and social media platforms, Bollywood actress Sunny Leonne finds herself in trouble again.
An FIR has now been registered against the former pronstar in Rajasthan for the same reason.
News agency PTI reports that a man called Arinjay Jain has filed a police complaint in Ajmer Kotawali police station, where a case was registered against Sunny Leonne, a Bollywood magazine and the Google CEO under section 292 (sale of obscene book) of IPC, relevant sections of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the IT Act.
According to the complainant, he had purchased a Bollywoof magazine, which contained obscene photographs of the actor. Jain says he followed a website link given in the journal and found more obscene content and photographs of Leonne. This, he says, prompted him to lodge the police complaint.
On May 15, Goa’s Dombivali police had booked a similar case against the 34-year-old actor under sections 292, 292A, 294 r/w and 34 of the IPC.
