Veteran Bollywood actor Saira Banu has been hospitalised and shifted to an Intensive Care Unit prompting fans to pray for her speedy recovery. Saira Banu, who complained of lowe blood pressure, is reported to be doing well.
The actor’s legendary husband Dilip Kumar had passed away in July this year at the age of 98.
The news of the 77-year-old actor’s poor health immediately after her husband’s demise left fans stunned as they prayed for a speedy recovery. She was admitted to Mumbai’s Hinduja hospital three days ago after she complained of low blood pressure. The veteran actor was shifted to an ICU on Wednesday. It’s the same hospital where Dilip Kumar passed away while undergoing treatment after complaining of breathlessness.
Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar acted in several films together including Sagina, Gopi, Bairaag and Duniya and got married in 1966.
