Several media reports have claimed that the Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have named their second child ‘Jehangir’ prompting netizens to declare that Bollywood’s nawab had essentially declared a tandav on bhakts, blind supporters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to media reports, Kareena revealed the name of her second child in her book titled ‘Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible: The Ultimate Manual for Moms-To-Be’. The book has been co-authored by one Aditi Shah Bhimjyani.
No sooner did the news of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan naming their second child ‘Jehangir’ emerge, Hindutva fanatics took to Twitter to attack the infant with vile comments. This came as a crude reminder of how people with the same hate ideology had wished death for the actor’s first child Taimur immediately after his birth in 2016.
However, an overwhelming majority of Twitter users applauded Saif’s courage to take on the Hindutva brigade by naming their second child ‘Jehangir,’ who was also a famous Mughal ruler of India.

Saif and Kareena were blessed with a baby boy in February this year. Earlier, it was revealed that the famous Bollywood actors had named their second child Jeh. But it now emerged that even though they may have agreed on the name ‘Jehangir’ back in February, they had chosen to reveal the first three letters of the name.
Their first son, Taimur, was born in 2016.
