Mira Rajput recently flooded her Insta stories with updates on one of her friends’ wedding that she attended. Shahid Kapoor’s wife also used the opportunity to flaunt her gorgeous outfits. One outfit, in particular, has left everyone including her mother-in-law Neliima Azeem and Mira’s ‘bump buddy’ Pragya Yadav mesmerised. Such was the impact of her tutu skirt that even Janhvi Kapoor could not resist herself from sending plenty of hearts Mira’s way.
This was after Mira took to Instagram to flaunt her gorgeous pink lehenga with embellished embroidery on it and a matching scallop bordered choli. Sharing her photo, Mira wrote cheekily, “Never too old for a tutu skirt. #bawagottan #summerwedding.”
No sooner did she share her photo, her timeline flooded with overwhelming responses. Prominent among those praising her for her stunning look were Jahnvi Kapoor, Neliima Azeem, and filmmaker Pragya Yadav, who Mira has often referred to as her ‘bump buddy’ since both had their pregnancies at the same time.
Azeem, who hardly misses an opportunity to comment on her daughter-in-law’s social media posts, wrote, “Looking so pretty and dainty, lovely girl.” Pragya Yadav commented, “You beauty!! ?❤️ looking.” As for Jahnvi, her reaction consisted of all hearts.
She later shared another photo in the same outfit with her friends at the wedding party, held in her home city Delhi.
Mira is enjoying the huge success of her husband’s latest blockbuster Kabir Singh, which has smashed several box office records. The film has already collected more than Rs 213 crore at the box office and is set to become the first film of 2019 to touch the Rs 300 crore mark.
Mira was the first to predict that Kabir Singh will take Shahid’s career to a new height. On the day of the film’s release, she had penned down a couplet, “Aa zamane aazmaale rooth ta nahi Faaslon se hausla ye toot’ta nahi (Oh World Come and test me. I am not going to feel bad. The distance is not going to break my courage.)
