Days after Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for COVID-19, Alia Bhatt too has confirmed the news of her testing posting for coronavirus. The Raazi actor took to Instagram to confirm the news.
She wrote, “Hello all. I have tested positive for Covid-19. I’ve immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine.” She continued, “I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors.”
The famous actor said that she was ‘grateful’ for the ‘love and support’ from her fans and well-wishers. “Please stay safe and take care,” she concluded.
Last month, Neetu Kapoor had released a special message for fans after son Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for COVID-19 and had gone into self-isolation. Neetu had said in a statement, “Thank you for your concern and good wishes. Ranbir Jas tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well.”
Both Ranbir and Alia are believed to be dating each other. On the work front, Alia and Ranbir will next be seen in Brahmashtra, which also features Amitabh Bachchan among others.
