ISIS suspects arrested in Dhaka

Dhaka Police has confirmed the arrest of two Islamic State (IS) suspects.

The Daily Star quoted the Joint Commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) force, Monirul Islam, as saying that while Aminul Islam Begh was a local recruiter of the IS, Sakib bin Kamal was his associate.

Islam said that Begh, the information technology chief of a multinational company in Dhaka, had already selected 20 people online, including Kamal, to join the ranks of the terror group in Iraq and Syria.
