Govind Parashar, the Agra unit chief of Hindu Hi Aage outfit made the announcement on Thursday, said media reports. He’s incensed over Salman’s next film Loveratri, scheduled to be released later this year. Salman is launching his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in this film, whose release may coincide the Hindu festival Navratri.

Joined by his supporters, Parashar led the protest at the Bhagwan Talkies crossing on Thursday and burnt posters of Salman Khan’s movies, reported Hindustan Times.

“The movie is being produced by Salman Khan by distorting ‘Navratri’ – a religious occasion with which sentiments of lakhs of Hindus are attached. We condemn such intention of Salman Khan and seek ban on the movie. If it is permitted to be screened, we would oppose it tooth and nail,” Parashar warned and added, “We won’t tolerate hurting of Hindu sentiments and as city unit president of Hindu Hi Aage I have declared a reward of Rs two lakh for anyone thrashing cine actor Salman Khan in public,” he was quoted by HT.

On Thursday, we reported how Salman had announcing launching yet another new talent in Zaheer Iqbal, who the Sultan actor formally introduced to his fans from his Twitter account.

Parashar, who was previously associated with Bajrang Dal, asked the Censor Board to not allow the screening of Loveratri.

Earlier this year, Togadia had alleged that he was being threatened by the IB adding that there was a plan to carry out his encounter in Gujarat. In March this year, he had a narrow escape after his car was hit by a truck near Surat in Gujarat. Togadia, who appears to have fallen out with the BJP leadership, said that there was a conspiracy to kill him.
