Former Bigg Boss contestant Hina Khan had evoked quite a lot of reactions when she posted a photo in hijab to wish her fans on the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan. She had earned plaudits for shutting up a troll, who made a desperate attempt to mock her knowledge about Islam.
She, however, faced incessant trolling during the the fasting month for posting ‘inappropriate video’ or wearing ‘revealing outfit. Unfazed by the criticism, the former Bigg Boss contestant simply couldn’t care much and went about doing things that she loves the most- live life at her terms.
One of her fans posted a photo of the actor wearing Islamic headscarf, hijab, on Friday, which assumed special significance because it fell on the last day of Ramadan. Muslims all around the world offer prayers in congregation on Friday and the last Friday of Ramadan is considered to be extra auspicious. The fan in question wrote in caption, “Last Roza pic of this year and eid Mubarak in advance.”
One of Hina’s fans, identified as hinaworlz, posted a photo of the actor in hijab sans make up and her fans simply loved it. The first runners up of the last season’s Bigg Boss looked incredibly different in a photo, which had zero make up. One user said, “Mashallaha u r awsm …. Hina maam.” Another said, “Super best.”
Not too long ago, Hina was trolled for posting an ‘inappropriate’ dance video in the month of Ramadan. Attired in harem pants and a blouse with a plunging neckline, Hina was seen dancing in her shimmering black dress in the video. Even though she did not post any caption for the video, her act invited wrath of her fans, most of whom were enraged by her video and found it ‘inappropriate.’
