Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra on Thursday dared the BJP to come to parliament after drinking cow urine as for her speech on President’s Address.
Moitra tweeted, “Am speaking this evening in Lok Sabha on President’s Address. Just wanted to give early heads up to @BJP to get heckler team ready & read up on imaginary points of order. Drink some gaumutra shots too.”

Her tweet found plenty of support from Twitterati with one writing, “Savage.” However some BJP supporters termed it ‘anti-Hindu.’ “Does Hindu woman & Maa Durga bhakta @MamataOfficial permits use of such Filthy Anti Hindu language by her party MP?” asked one Narendra Modi supporter.
Another replied, “What’s anti Hindu in this?? Gaumutra is Hindu ?? probably not…”
Moitra’s taunt at the BJP with ‘gaumutra’ jibe came a day after Rahul Gandhi faced continuously heckling during his fiery speech in the parliament. In his speech, Gandhi had highlighted there was ‘no longer one India.’
Speaking in parliament, Rahul Gandhi said, “The first and what I considered to be the most important is the idea that there are now two Indias. There is now no longer one India. There are two Indias. One India is for the extremely rich people- for those who have immense wealth, for those who have immense power, for those who do not need a job, for those who do not need water connections, electricity connections, but, for those who control the heartbeat of the country; and then another India for the poor (disruptions by BJP MPs)…. and for my friends in the government, I want to make it clear that the spirit what I am saying is not one of criticism.”
Gandhi had to face continuous heckling from BJP MPs, who appeared to be irked by Gandhi’s decision to call out the bigotry promoted by the Narendra Modi government.
