CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021: In a huge announcement on Tuesday, Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that there will be no CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams 2021 in January and February due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country. More details can be found at the official website of the board at cbse.nic.in. Nishank made the announcement during a webinar with teachers on Tuesday.

Nishank said that the coronavirus pandemic had not improved for the government to hold the board exams in January, adding that a final decision on the exams would be taken after taking stock of the situation.

“I think that the government headed by Narendra Modi is regularly consulting with people… An overwhelming majority of people have advised in favour of holding the board exams. earlier exams used to take place from 15 February till March. We have decided to not hold exams in January and February. We will take a call on holding the exams on later dates and inform you about the dates.”

To make necessary arrangements for affiliations of schools to the Board.
To make efforts to bring about qualitative improvement in school education.
To act as an advisory body to the state Govt. regarding School Education
