CBSE 10th, 12th Exams 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education has denied releasing dates for the CBSE 10th, 12th Exams 2021 on its official website cbseresults.nic.in. This was after several media reports claimed that the CBSE was planning to conduct practical exams between 1 January to 8 February 2021. The CBSE secretary Anurag Tripathi said last week that exams for class 10 and 12 would happen for sure and a schedule is likely to be announced soon. He made the comments while speaking at a webinar recently.

However, a government official was quoted as saying that it was still too early to plan for the next year’s board exams given the alarming rise in the COVID-19 pandemic. “Consultations are constantly happening, and it is natural that changes will be made as this is a pandemic-affected year. However, it is still too early to take a decision and stick to it. It will have to be reviewed again. In several parts of the country, Covid-19 cases have been rising,” Hindustan Times quoted an official as saying.
