इंग्लैंड के पूर्व कप्तान माइकल वॉन को नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार के तहत भारत में बढ़ते मवेशियों के खतरे को उजागर करने के बाद एक क्रूर ट्रोलिंग का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। बता दें कि, माइकल वॉन इन दिनों भारत में है। वो भारत के कई अलग-अलग शहरों की यात्रा कर रहे हैं और आईपीएल में कॉमेंट्री कर रहे हैं। इसी बीच, माइकल वॉन ने ट्विटर पर कुछ ऐसा लिख दिया कि इसको लेकर वो भारतीय यूजर्स के निशाने पर आ गए है।
बता दें कि, माइकल वॉन सोशल मीडिया पर भी काफी सक्रिय रहते हैं और अक्सर ट्वीट कर अपने कमेंट साझा करते रहते हैं। माइकल वॉन ने ट्वीट कर लिखा, “भारत में घूमना अच्छा लगता है… आज सुबह की बात करें तो हमने बीच सड़क पर हाथी, गाय, ऊंट, भेड़, बकरी और सूअर देखे।”
माइकल वॉन अपने इस ट्वीट को लेकर भारतीय यूजर्स के निशाने पर आ गए और लोगों ने उन्हें ट्रोल करना शुरु कर दिया। भारतीय यूजर्स ने माइकल वॉन पर भारत और भारतीयों की बेइज्जती करने का आरोप लगाया। हालांकि हर कोई उनके ट्वीट से नाराज नहीं था, कई लोग उससे सहमत थे और एक सरल तथ्य को उजागर करने के लिए पूर्व इंग्लिश कप्तान की प्रशंसा की।

लगातार ट्रोलिंग का सामना होते देख वॉन ने बाद में एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया। जिसमें लिखा था, “आप एक व्यक्ति की प्रशंसा करते हैं .. आपके पास एक निहित स्वार्थ है … आप एक देश की प्रशंसा करते हैं .. आपके पास एक निहित स्वार्थ है … आप जीवन जीने के तरीके की प्रशंसा करते हैं … आपके पास एक निहित स्वार्थ है .. आप आलोचना करते हैं .. आपके पास एक निहित स्वार्थ है .. क्या हमें कुछ भी करने की अनुमति है? या वह निहित स्वार्थ है?”

बता दें कि हाल ही में माइकल वॉन ने विराट कोहली को आईपीएल में आराम देने की वकालत की थी। अपने एक ट्वीट में माइकल वॉन ने लिखा था कि भारत यदि समझदार होगा तो वह वर्ल्ड कप के लिए विराट कोहली को आराम देगा। वर्ल्ड कप जैसे बड़े टूर्नामेंट के लिए उसे आराम देना जरुरी है।
