Uproar after Madhya Pradesh school ask students to name Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan’s son in test; question doesn’t specify if it’s Taimur or Jehangir

A Madhya Pradesh school has courted a full-blown controversy for its decision to ask students to name the son of Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan. The parents’ body has demanded strict action against the school authorities in Madhya Pradesh. However, the question did not specify if it was meant for the star couple’s first son Taimur or second son Jehangir Ali Khan.

The incident took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Khandwa district where Academic Heights Public School asked its students about Taimur Ali Khan.

The controversial test question for Class VI students read, “Write the full name of the son of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan.”

According to media reports, Khandwa District Education Officer (DEO) Sanjiv Bhalerao has said that his administration has taken a dim view of the matter. “A show-cause notice will be issued to the school. Based on the school’s response, appropriate action will be initiated,” Bhalero was quoted as saying.

As expected, the topic dominated the social media conversations with users demanding the arrest of those involved in setting up of the question paper.

Curiously, Kareena and Saif now have two sons namely Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. The controversial question did not specify which son of the star couple the students were expected to name.
