Bhojwani was arrested by cops in April, three months after the Economic Offences Wing raided his premises as they suspected fraudulent acts by the builder. Bhojwani was accused of forged documents to grab the property owned by the legendary Bollywood actor.
Dilip Kumar celebrated his 96th birthday last week.
Saira Banu also sought an audience with Modi, but it’s not clear if the prime minister has agreed to meet her. He has not yet reacted to her tweet on social media.
