This Mother’s Day, both Shahid Kapoor and his Mira Rajput took to Instagram to write heartfelt notes for their mothers, leaving Neliima Azeem utterly moved. Neliima first reacted to her son Shahid’s post with ‘OMG’ expression before writing a cute note in response to Mira Rajput. Both Shahid and Mira are set to move into their new Rs. 56 crore new house in Worli, not far from where Nita Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani owns a Rs. 450 crore sea-facing villa.
Sharing an unseen photo of his mother, Neliima Azeem, Shahid wrote on Instagram, “Happy Mother’s Day. She is always the wind beneath our wings. Her gaze is loving and forgiving and always sees us as the best version of ourselves. She has nurtured us with so much love that we are capable of passing it on and spreading it into the world. Being the older one by almost 14 years my bond with mom has been very unique, like a friend.”
The Kabir Singh actor did not stop here as he continued, “And our journey has been beyond words. There is no one who can be you mom. On this day let’s recognise that #motherearth is our mother too. And we haven’t been the nicest kids to her. She is damaged and depleted by us. She needs healing. She needs us to heal her. For the future of our kids. Let’s leave them a healthy happy home. Not what we have done to it. We are the generation that needs to be the change.”

Moved by her son’s adorable note, Neliima replied, “OMG so beautifully expressed .. thank you my darling son. Love you beyond words. I feel blessed special and so cherished.. blessings love and support always❤️????” Shahid replied, “You the OG momzilla.”
Elsewhere, Mira too wrote a heartfelt note for her mother on this Mother’s Day. Sharing a throwback photo of herself with her Mom, Mira wrote, “I love you Mom. Thankyou’s will never be enough. Happy Mother’s Day to my lifeline ❤️????????You are my whole world!”
Once again, Neliima replied, “Lovely pic… I second that… Love love to the best mother daughter duo❤️”
