Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt on Saturday shared an incredibly emotional letter written to her by her mother Soni Razdan in the past. She shared the emotional note to highlight just how much she was missing her Mom.
Sharing the old letter written to her by her mother, Alia wrote, “One of those days where I miss my mother terribly and find this by my bedside! #mothersjustknow.” The note written by Soni Razdan in beautiful handwriting had read, “Darling Alia, this is for you to keep by your bedside to read every now and then and get reminded of how much I love you. Mama.”
As expected the note left her fans on Instagram quite emotional. Also commenting on her post was Soni Razdan herself, who showered with plenty of red hearts on her Instagram timeline.

This is not the first time Alia and her mother have displayed their love for each other publicly. Last month, Soni had shared a throwback photo of her daughters, Alia and Shaheen, and written, “I didn’t give you the gift of life … Life gave me the gift of you.”
In another post in August this year, Soni had written, “A daughter is a little girl who grows up to be a friend … Author unknown. Blessed to have these two lovely friends in my life. We don’t have to wait till daughters day to say what we feel everyday.”
On the work front, Alia will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, which also features Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor. She’s also signed Karan Johar’s multi-starrer Takht. Amitabh Bachchan had recently showered praised on Alia and her rumoured boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor declaring their faces as a ‘gift from God.’
