Indrani was arrested on 25 August for her alleged role in the murder of Sheena Bora, her daughter from a previous marriage, in April 2012.
Along with Indrani, her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and her former driver Shyamvar Rai were also nabbed.
Sheena Bora was murdered on 24 April 2012, allegedly by Indrani, Khanna and Rai, who disposed of her partly burnt body in the forests in Raigad district.
The accused were arrested from Mumbai and Kolkata last month.
Also last month, the high-profile murder case was taken away from Mumbai Police and transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation as the Maharashtra government wanted to ensure a free and impartial probe.
