When Kareena Kapoor Khan was recently asked about whether she will be pregnant again, she did not hide behind political correctness to dodge her interviewer’s question.
Being an outspoken diva that she is, Bebo expressed no inhibitions whatsoever when she appeared on a chat show, Starry Nights, hosted by film critic Komal Nahta. Among other questions, Kareena, who appeared on the show with friend Amrita Arora, was asked, “When is the next one (child) coming?”
Pat came Kareena’s reply, “Two years more.” Amrita interjected, “I just told her that if she decides to get pregnant again, please let me know because I will be leaving the country.”
Kareena’s child Taimur Ali Khan has been in constant media spotlight as Mumbai’s paparazzi chased him wherever he went. Speaking about Taimur, Kareena said that she loved pampering her child. “That’s what I enjoy the most,” she said.
Kareena and Saif had recently flown to Maldives on holiday, where the Veere Di Wedding actor flaunted her fit body by posing for camera in a red bikini. Bebo’s photo in bikini with Saif and other family members had gone viral on social media.
Kareena was asked if Saif proposed to her. Her answer was, “Of course he fell head over heels and is in love with me.”
Taimur was born in December 2016. His birth had sparked off a huge controversy as the members of India’s Hindutva brigade, joined by a known Pakistani Tarek Fatah hounded the family with even issuing death threat to the newborn because of their decision to name their child Taimur.
But that appears to be a history now as Taimur has become one of the most followed star children in Bollywood. Kareena had recently revealed that, faced with vile attack from Hindutva brigade, Saif had even contemplated changing Taimur’s name but she stood firm.
