Sridevi’s tragic death in February this year has had a profound impact in bridging the gap between her daughters, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor and Boney Kapoor’s children, Anshula and Arjun Kapoor, from his first wife.
Arjun in particular has left no stone unturned in acting like a big brother while protecting his grieving sisters, Janhvi and Khushi.
On Tuesday (today) Arjun turned 33 with fans from across the world wishing him on his 33rd birthday. But the most notable birthday wish the actor received was from his half-sister Janhvi, who took to Instagram to write an emotional message. She wrote, “You are the reason for our strength. Love you, happy birthday Arjun bhaiya.” Her message also carried a photo of all four siblings together.
As expected, Janhvi’s message created plenty of ‘Aww’ moment for her fans, who found her one-liner birthday greetings incredibly emotional. One fan termed it a ‘lovely caption’ while other wrote called Janhvi ‘Goddess.’ Another fan wrote, “Awww best brother for sure @arjunkapoor Happy birthday.” “Nice to see all of you siblings together,” wrote one fan.
On Monday, Arjun had said that Janhvi’s debut film Dhadak was going to be a big hit. “When I see rushes of Dhadak I realise this is how people must have seen my debut trailer. I was in that trailer and I didn’t get any sense at that time and today six years later may be I can be objective about how people experienced Parma and Zoya. Ishaan and Janhvi look amazing together and Shashank is a very dear friend. We worked on Ishaqzaade. He has turned out to be a perfect choice to bring out energy from these two young actors. I am happy people are liking the trailer and the songs. I have a feeling that Dhadak is going to be a big hit,” Arjun told PTI on the sidelines of IIFA.
