सिविल सोसाइटी के सदस्यों और कार्यकर्ताओं ने टीवी चैनलों से भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता संबित पात्रा को प्रतिबंध करने की मांग की है। बता दें कि शुक्रवार की रात को संबित पात्रा ने इंडिया टुडे के शो में डिबेट के दौरान कांग्रेस की पूर्व अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी के लिए अपमानजनक शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया था। साथ ही बीजेपी नेता ने कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता को राहुल गांधी के कुत्ते के रूप में संबोधित किया था।
फाइल फोटो: @sambitswarajअंग्रेजी समाचार चैनल इंडिया टुडे पर वरिष्ठ पत्रकार राजदीप सरदेसाई द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बीजेपी प्रवक्ता संबित पात्रा शामिल हुए थे। राफले सौदे पर हुए नए खुलासे पर चर्चा के दौरान संबित पात्रा ने अयोध्या में राम मंदिर बनाने के लिए सरकार के संकल्प को दोहराया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान संबित पात्रा ने राहुल गांधी के कुत्ते के नाम का जिक्र करते हुए कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता पवन खेरा पर हमला बोला था। उन्होंने कहा था, श्री पिडी (राहुल गांधी के कुत्ते का नाम) आप इस तरह चिल्लाओ नहीं।
पात्रा के इस बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए पवन खेरा ने ट्वीट कर लिखा था, जब उनके पास कोई जवाब नहीं होता है तो वे धमकी देते हैं, अपशब्द का सहारा लेकर थियेट्रिकल्स करते है।

संबित पात्रा के इस बयान की सोशल मीडिया पर जमकर अलोचना हो रहीं है। वहीं, संबित पात्रा के साथ-साथ राजदीप सरदेसाई भी यूजर्स के निशाने पर आ गए। ट्विटर पर एक यूजर को जवाब देते हुए, राजदीप सरदेसाई ने माफी भी मांगी। सरदेसाई ने अपने ट्वीट में लिखा, मैं आपसे माफी मांगता हू और मेरे शो के सभी दर्शकों को भाषा के स्तर के लिए क्षमा चाहता हूं।
राजदीप सरदेसाई के मांफी मांगने के बाद भी सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स व सिविल सोसाइटी के सदस्यों और कार्यकर्ताओं नहीं माने। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया के जरीए टीवी चैनलों से मांग की कि ‘आपत्तिजनक व्यवहार’ को लेकर टीवी शो में संबित पात्रा पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना चाहिए।
