British Pakistani boxer, Amir Khan, has been locked into a bitter Twitter feud with his wife Faryal Makhdoom accusing her of cheating on him with heavyweight Anthony Joshua.

In a sensational development, Khan posted a series of tweets targetting his wife.

He wrote, “Faryal moved on quick. Always mentioned to me how much she wanted to be with another guy, from all people another boxer. Lol moved up in the weight classes lol. Trust me I ain’t the jealous type. No need to send me pictures of the men your talking to #disgusted. Left my family and friends for this Faryal. I’m not hurt but another fighter. I’m making it public. You getting the divorce #Golddigger.”

His concluding tweet said, “Mans like Joshua can have my left overs!.”

Khan also posted a screenshot of what looked like an exchange of text messages between Faryal and her alleged secret lover known as ‘Ghost.’

Faryal hit back with her own sets of tweets.

London’s Daily Mail quoted a family source as saying, “Amir and Faryal have split up. It’s over. There have been problems in the relationship for a long time and they were headed for a separation. It’s the best outcome. She’s a gold-digger.”

Joshua, for his part tweeted, “Bantz aside, I hope you guys can resolve your situation or this is a hack as we have never even met! Plus I like my women BBW (sic)”

Khan had shot to fame in 2004 Athens Olympics when he became the youngest British boxer to win a silver medal. Known as Bolton boy, he had recently put his house in Bolton in England to sale.
