Quinton de Kock on Tuesday hit a brilliant century to lead South Africa to a massive win against Bangladesh in the ongoing World Cup competition. Mahmudullah batted valiantly for his century knock of 111 from 111 balls but this wasn’t enough for Bangladesh to chase the mammoth total of 383.

Batting first, South Africa made 382-5 in 50 overs with de Kock making 174 from 140 balls including seven sixes. Heinrich Klaasen made 90 from 49 balls while Aiden Markram chipped in with 60 from 69 balls.
In reply, Bangladesh were bowled out for 233 in 46.4 overs. Gerald Coetzee took three wickets for South Africa while Lizaad Williams, Marco Jansen and Kagiso Rabada shared two wickets each.
