A married woman in Hyderabad has sensationally alleged that her father repeatedly raped her since her childhood. The cops have launched a probe into her allegations.
A report by Deccan Chronicle said that the woman was the resident of Golconda. She reportedly told the cops that her told the police that her father has been demanding sexual favours even after she got married.
She said that her father would ask her to various locations to satisfy his sexual urge. The cops have lodged a case based on her complaint but have also said that the woman had originally lodged a false complaint about some property issues.
“My father has been sexually harassing me and so many times he raped me since my childhood. He threatened me with dire consequences if I inform anyone about the exploitation,” she was quoted by Times of India.
Police have arrested her father, a mason, and sent the woman to a Bharosa centre to record her statement.
In May this year, a 13-year-old girl had shared her woes in Hyderabad how she was repeatedly raped by her step-dad, who threatened to stop looking after them and their mother if she told anyone about the sexual assaults.
