BJP was widely condemned for politicising the Indian army’s surgical strikes across the LoC recently as party workers put up posters of PM Modi and Defence Minister Parrikar implying as if they had conducted the military operations inside th PoK.
BJP then blamed Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal after the latter praised Modi for the strike but asked to counter Pakistani propaganda. Meanwhile, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam received flak for terming the surgical strikes fake.
