Terror accused BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, who was granted an exemption from physical appearance in the Malegaon terror attack case, has now been found dancing at a wedding party. The latest video has brought the NIA court’s decision to exempt her from a physical appearance on medical grounds under scrutiny.

In the video, the terror accused BJP MP was seen dancing at the wedding function that she organised at her residence in Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Congress leader Narendra Saluja shared the video on Twitter and wrote sarcastically, “I feel happy whenever I see my Bhopal MP and sister Pragya Thakur play basketball, walk without any help or dance with joy like this?”

Saluja had earlier shared a video of Thakur playing basketball on 1 July. Sharing the video, the Congress leader had written, “So far, we had seen the BJP MP from Bhopal, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, only on a wheelchair, but today I felt happy when I saw her trying her hands with basketball at Bhopal stadium. So far, I only knew that she could not stand or walk properly due to some injuries. May God always keep her healthy..”

In January, the NIA court had granted Thakur an exemption from physical appearance on medical grounds. The BJP had earned widespread condemnation declaring her as a candidate in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls from Bhopal. She’s the first terror accused person to be elected to the Indian parliament.
