There are reports of theft at the camp office of Delhi’s deputy chief minister, Manish Sisodia. PCs, letterheads and several other important documents are reported to have been stolen.
The incident took place at Sisodia’s camp office in Patparganj.
“There was a robbery at the Patparganj office of Deputy CM late night on Thursday. The exact time is not yet known,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Omvir Singh was quoted by IANS.
“The district forensic team has lifted finger-prints from the crime scene,” Singh said.
Upendra Kumar, in-charge of the party office, said, “The burglers also turned away the CCTV cameras and took away the DVRs that had the recordings,”
Not so long ago, a similar incident of theft was reported from Sisodia’s advisor’s place. It’s not sure if there’s a link to both the incidents.
