Pakistan army returns Indian national as goodwill gesture

An Indian national was handed over by Pakistani Army in Jammu as a goodwill gesture.

“Muhammad Rashid, son of Sattar Din Poonch district’s Degwar Teruan village who claimed to have inadvertently crossed over to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) on June 12, was handed over to Indian authorities on Wednesday evening,” a defence spokesman told IANS on Thursday.

“The individual has been handed over to police for further interrogation.”

Rashid, a contractual driver, had crossed over to Pakistan for the reasons still under investigation by the police, the Spokesperson said, adding that his father had registered an FIR after he went missing. Meanwhile SRK’s Dilwale enjoyed by audience in India and Pakistan a lot
