Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh on Wednesday launched a mobile application to enable people register their governance-related grievances through cellphones.

“This is another step towards translating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘ART’ of governance as spelt out by him, with A for accountability, R for responsibility and T for transparency,” the minister said while launching the app.

Singh hoped the common public would make maximum use of the app since the mobile phone had emerged as the easiest way of communication from anywhere across the country.

Once the grievances are registered, they would be redressed by the ministry, department or the state concerned.
