Former BCCI chief and current ICC Chairman N Srinivasan was unanimously elected President of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association on Friday in its 85th Annual General Meeting.

Srinivasan, who was forced to withdraw from BCCI President’s post and later step down from a possible re-election, has reportedly been elected in the TNCA for a one-year term.

Earlier this month, it was revealed by former East Zone selector Raja Venkat that back in 2012, MS Dhoni’s ODI captaincy would have ended had it not been for N Srinivasan and also Virat Kohli would not had to wait three years to lead India.
