India and Germany on Monday inked 18 MoUs in areas ranging from renewable energy to skill development and culture after talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel here.
“From Renewable Energy to Skill Devel’t & Culture, the full spectrum of human endeavour in the 18 MoUs signed today,” tweeted external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup.

There was no mentioning about FTA and Submarine deal but India and Germany inked pacts on 18 MoUs in various fields like higher education, civil aviation, railways and food safety.
The agenda will cover issues such as security, economy, development, cooperation, clean energy, climate change, infrastructure, urban mobility, innovation, higher education, skills development, culture and food security.
