J&K: Two army jawans killed, 1 injured after patrols mistake each other as militants

Two army jawans were killed and another was left injured in ‘friendly’ fire in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday evening when two groups of army patrols mistook each other as militants and fired.

The incident took place in South Kashmir’s Tral area. Both groups of soldiers were from 42 Rashtriya Rifles.
