Indian army jawans, who tampered with postal ballots in Uttarakhand polls, identified

The police in Uttarakhand have identified five jawans, who were seen tampering with postal ballots during the assembly polls in Uttarakhand in a viral video.
Quoting the police, news agency PTI reported that these five jawans were from the Kumaon regiment of the Indian army. These men in uniform were seen ticking and signing several postal ballots one after another in Uttarkhand’s Pithoragarh district.
According to ANI, these men have been summoned by the Pithoragarh Police for questioning.
