Police in Haryana’s Gurgaon has arrested a 16-year-old boy for raping his 15-year-old cousin after tying her to a bed last week. The incident took place on Thursday in Sector 51, but cops were alerted about it a day later when the girl fainted in her school.
She later narrated the entire episode to her teacher.
According to news agency PTI, the girl’s mother had sent her daughter to her sister-in-law’s house to help her with household chores since she wasn’t keeping well. The boy started groping the girl after his mother went to see the doctor. He later tied her hands and legs to a bed before raping her.
The girl’s mother filed a case with the women’s police station leading to the arrest of the boy.
