Both WhatsApp and Instagram are owned by Facebook. While accessing Instagram, an automated message comes informing “We are sorry. But something went wrong. Please try again later.”
Users were unable to access WhatsApp and Facebook. The message on Facebook read, “Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on it and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can.”
Attempting to connect to WhatsApp was futile as the platform merely showed a ‘connecting’ update.
