In a heartwarming gesture, a group of Muslims from Punjab have started providing free food to tens of thousands of farmers, protesting at the Delhi-Haryana border against the controversial Farm Laws. These Muslims have lashed out at Indian media for adding communal colour in a bid to discredit an iconic movement launched by farmers, who have vowed to intensify their agitation demanding the withdrawal of controversial laws.
Farmers have also rejected the assurance made by Prime Minister Narendra stating that the agricultural reforms will help boost their income.
Suresh Kumar Shah of Janta Ka Reporter spoke to some of these Muslims current engaged in serving free food to protesting farmers.
