Delhi govt car rammed into my car and then said ‘kar lo jo karna hai’

Considering I have not received any valuable help from the authorities, I am using Facebook as a medium to seek help.

Yesterday (23 December), while driving back home, I was stuck in a traffic jam at the FICCI Roundabout.

The traffic was moving at snail speed and at about 07:15 p.m. while I had given an indicator (my car no. ‪#‎DL3CAQ4277‬) to move towards the right side, an ‪‎Ambassador ‪car‬ with number ‪#‎DL6CG8546‬ bearing the ‪Delhi Government‬ label overtook me from the wrong side and rammed into my car (Images attached).

The driver did not step out. Rather, I got out of my car and stood in front of his vehicle and demanded him to step out. He spoke very rudely and asked me to mind my ways.

When I tried to speak to the person sitting inside he refused to talk. I demanded him to give me his business card but he said ‘kar lo jo karna hai, gadi zabt ho jayege tumhari, dhoondte rahoge.’

And as I was dialing the police helpline, these people sped away. The traffic cop was standing behind me but appeared absolutely helpless.

The cops were equally helpless because in their words they can’t do anything because ‪’‎Kejriwal’s‬ ministers are ‪obnoxious.’

I want them to not only pay for the damage but also own up their mistake. I request you to please share this on your wall and forward it because the police has said they can’t help any longer.

Only if I surrender my car to the court can they start a legal enquiry and even that won’t be helpful.

Thank You
