In the viral video, the two leaders were seen giving a bath to each other while also indulging in sexual encounters. The video was reported to have have been recorded at a government guest house in Himachal Pradesh. The Himachal Pradesh Police has filed a case under the Information Technology Act and also issued a warning to people against sharing the 12.35-minute video. Kullu Superintendent of Police Gaurav Singh has said that an FIR had also been registered at Banjar police station on Saturday on the complaint of the woman seen in the video.

The wife in the audio is heard admonishing the woman in the video informing her how she was aware of their sexual escapades way back in February. “I also know that you two came together even in March,” the suspended BJP leader’s wife is heard telling the suspended woman BJP leader.

The woman is heard confessing that the sex video was recorded using her phone before she sent that to him using WhatsApp.

From the conversation, it appears that the woman seen in the video is also married.

Cops have registered an FIR was under Sections 67 (punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form) and 67A (punishment for publishing or transmitting of material containing sexually explicit act in electronic form) of Information Technology Act, 2000.
