BJP spokesperson Navin Kumar Singh made a mess of the national song on LIVE TV making himself a subject of hilarious #Pulkistan trend on Twitter.

Singh was on a TV debate when he was challenged by a maulana to sing Vande Mataram adding that he too will join him if he was able to give a right rendition. Singh accepted the challenge and began performing the song on LIVE TV, albeit with the help of his mobile phone.

Soon it was clear that Singh had made a mess of the national song as he desperately struggled to correctly pronounce the words of the song. One of the words pronounced by Pulkistan, which left the social media users in splits. The word that Singh pronounced as Pulkistan is in fact pronounced as Pulkityaaminim.

This sent social media users on an overdrive, posting hilarious tweets using hashtag #Pulkistan. In no time, #Pulkistan had become the top Twitter trend. Here are some of the tweets that will leave you in splits.
