This has prompted political pundits to speculate that a new member of Lalu Yadav family will soon enter active politics. In the poster, now gone viral, Aishwarya is seen occupying a prominent place alongside Rabri Devi, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and his Rajya Sabha MP daughter Misa Bharti.
29-year-old Tej Pratap had married Aishwarya in May this year.
“What if she has decided to join politics. Aishwarya is educated and belongs to a political family. Her father Chandrika Rai is a former Minister and senior RJD leader whereas her grandfather Daroga Rai was the Chief Minister in the 70s. She is most suitable for politics,” RJD Spokesperson Shakti Yadav was quoted by IANS.

Nearly two decades ago, Lalu had stunned his political opponents by announcing his wife Rabri Devi as his heir apparent. This was then followed by her two brothers Sadhu and Subhash Yadav joining the party. Lalu’s eldest daughter Misa Bharti and his sons Tej Pratap and Tejashwi also joined politics formally in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
Former Chief Minister Rabri Devi is a member of the Legislative Council. Tej Pratap is a former Bihar Health Minister while 28-year-old Tejashwi is at present the Leader of Opposition in Assembly.
Lalu Prasad is currently out on bail for medical treatment after his conviction in fodder scam cases.
