Delhi government has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the encounter of Manoj Vashisht in a restaurant in Rajender Nagar area of Delhi.

The encounter took place on Sturday night by special cell of Delhi police.
Manoj`s family met the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday. Kejriwal reportedly assured the family to look into the matter.

She said, “my husband was not a terrorist. We demand that the prime minister should order a judicial inquiry into the fake encounter of my husband.”

Delhi police has denied these allegations adding that everything happened within 10 seconds.

Manoj had his photographs taken with country`s some of most powerful politicians. This included Uttar Pradesh`s chief minister Akhilesh Yadav and the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
