As the date for Anam Mirza, sister of Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, comes closer, she has flooded her social media pages with the photos of her pre-wedding functions. The latest in the series are photos from her mehendi ceremony, where Anam was seen flaunting an outfit designed by Aisha Rao. The celebrations were reminiscent of another high-profile wedding of Shloka Mehta and Akash Ambani in March this year.
Anam looked resplendent in Aisha Rao’s limelight ‘Razzmatazz’ appliquéd and embellished lehenga and choli with an avatar blue organza cutwork dupatta. Her make-up was done by Shivani Krishna, while Manzoor Khan completed the styling of her hair.
Sania too looked ravishing as she chose to keep it classy and elegant in a burnt Sienna Razzmatazz appliquéd and embellished lehenga on her sister’s mehendi night!”
Anam also had special ornaments attached to her hair making the hairdo look extremely classy. Anam also shared a photo with her sister Sania, parents and sister’s little son. Sania had recently taken to Instagram to share photos of Anam’s pre-wedding bridal shower function.
For her bridal shower, Anam had chosen to wear a white printed T-shirt with a pink tulle skirt. She also chose to flaunt a blooming floral crown also known as Greek Goddess headband. Anam too took to Instagram to post a series of photos from the function as she wrote, “Life happens, and there are moments you feel so damn grateful. I’ve been feeling that for an whole week now. While life was happening I looked around yesterday at my Bridal Shower and I realised I’ve been lucky enough to find the best of friends and family. Absolutely thrilled and grateful.”
This is Anam’s second marriage after she separated from her first husband Akbar Rasheed in 2018. Both had got married in a star-studded ceremony in 2016.
