Bollywood megastar Salman Khan on Sunday night announced the eviction of Shrishty Rode from the house of Bigg Boss 12 as he hosted the latest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar on Colors TV. The Sunday night’s show was special also because many known actresses from popular TV shows had entered the house, where they mimicked the Bigg Boss housemates.
After they regaled the audience inside the reality show house, these actresses also joined Salman Khan on the stage. They were Kamya Punjabi, Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Jyoti. Anita and Surbhi from popular show Naagin 3 fought with each other to ‘marry’ Salman.
Surbhi said that her slithering skills were really good, while Anita said, “I have got both venom and fright.” Surbhi then said that she was 1,000 years old, while Anita explained her age as 780 years.
As Surbhi and Anita fought with each other to win Salman as their husband, the Bollywood megastar thought he had his own ‘MeToo’ moment as he enquired, “MeToo hai kya (Is it MeToo?)” Conscious of not making fun of India’s own MeToo movement that has seen many big Bollywood names being called out for sexual predatory, Salman quickly clarified and said, “Me and you two. MeTwo.”
The two Nagin girls then took to their social media pages to post photos of themselves with their idol Salman Khan. While posting the photo with Salman, Anita called it her ‘fangirl’ moment. She wrote, “Just keep clicking and never stop… ? Thanks @harshad_chopda for the clicks with the love of my life! #fangirl #fangirling #fanforever #bigboss12 this weekend ….. you can’t miss it!”
Surbhi too wrote on her Instagram page, “One and only @beingsalmankhan.”
In the end, Salman accepted the garlands from both Anita and Surbhi, bringing a nice end to the Sunday night’s Weekend Ka Vaar show. This was absolutely needed after the shock eviction of Shrishty.
