Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor has been slammed by social media users for his utterly distasteful birthday wish for Twinkle Khanna, who celebrated her birthday on Tuesday.
While wishing Twinkle on her birthday, Rishi Kapoor’s tweet said that the actress was in her ‘mums tummy’ when he was busy ‘serenading her’ in film Bobby released in 1973.
Happy Birthday dear one! You were in your mums tummy when I was serenading her in Bobby"Aksar koi Ladka" In 1973 lol pic.twitter.com/74knXvAfFe

Kapoor’s elicited prompted angry response from twitter users who found his comments in poor taste.
Here are some examples;
@ThenameisRK: “how HIGH you Are Sir? Seems like Holidays are going Good?”
@GabbbarSingh “nope. Bobby released in 1973. Twinkle was born 3 days short of 1975. Kapoor uncle has had some good quality whiskey tonight ”
@AshaBurma “What vulgarity! are you implying that Tina your daughter, , that you did during the filming Bobby?”
Viv J. @Un_Spin 15h15 hours ago “Somebody please give @chintskap biology lessons; at worst a rundown on the birds & bees story”
However, the actress herself said that she didn’t find the birthday wish objectionable and, if anything, it was ‘really sweet.’
Why is everyone making a big fuss about @chintskap 's tweet wishing me happy birthday. It was really sweet !

Twinkle’s mother, Dimple Kapadia had made her Bollywood debut in Bobby starring opposite Rishi Kapoor in 1973. The film was a huge hit at the Box Office with audience appreciating the new on screen pair.
Twinkle, daughter of the Bollywood legend, late Rajesh Khanna, is married to actor, Akshay Kumar. She was born on 29 December, 1974, more than a year after the film was released.
