Potential buyers of the Neverland ranch which was owned by King of Pop, late Michael Jackson have reportedly been spooked out.

Locals say that the ‘Thriller’ sensation, who bought the 2,700 acre estate in 1987, has been haunting the place ever since he died, reported the Mirror.

Reports also suggest that investors and visitors considering to buy the property have been warned by workers on the ranch, who have claimed that the King of Pop’s spirit haunts the premises of Neverland.

The estate, which has six bedrooms, a 50 seat cinema and two lakes, went on sale recently with a price tag of 99,414,250 US Dollars.
