The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drug case.
According to Livelaw, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha too have been granted bail in the same case. The high court said that it will pronounce detailed order with reasons tomorrow.
Aryan was arrested on 2 October from a Goa-bound cruise ship. He’s been in Arthur Road jail since 8 October.
Shah Rukh Khan had later hired former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi, to represent his son in the high court.
Rohatgi on Thursday once again repeated that the Narcotics Control Bureau had not been able to recover any banned substance from Aryan’s possession. “There was no recovery from me. Though I say I was not aware what he was carrying. But what is being put on me is commercial quality through conspiracy,” Livellaw had quoted Rohatgi as saying.
Rohatgi now makes rejoinder submissions for #AryanKhan.

He had added, “So basically what five other people are carrying is put on me. But section 27A is not applied against me.”
Rohatgi had said that there were 1300 people on the ship adding that there was no ‘material produced by NCB to show that’ Aryan knew anyone else apart from Arbaaz and Aachit.
