A legal notice seeking damages of Rs. 10 crores has reportedly been sent to the television reality show actress Dolly Bindra.
A chartered accountant from Australia has sent a legal notice to Bindra for making ‘false allegations’ and a mockery of self-proclaimed godwoman Radhe Maa through several youtube videos and posts on social media sites.
Speaking to www.jantakareporter.com, the lawyer Manoj Gupta said that he had sent a legal notice to Bindra directing her to issue a public apology for her derogatory remarks on Radhe Maa.
The lawyer said, “Of course my client’s religious sentiments are hurt by Dolly Bindra’s wild allegations. But through this legal notice we also want to deter other people who may want to hurt the feelings of other followers of Radhe Ma such as my client from doing the same.”
Recently, after viewing the videos of Dolly Bindra on youtube, Bhatia said he had felt very disappointed. His advocate Gupta said that the conduct of Dolly Bindra had hurt Bhatia’s religious sentiments causing immense mental trauma and distress to his client.
Bhatia, who runs his own office of chartered accountancy in Australia, has been a devotee of Radhe Maa for several years.
